There is no difference in the versions regards this dialog. The dialog is not appearing because you must ensure that the Environment layer is the current select layer (as specified in the instructions), when you select the environment block in the 2D or 3D view.

Ken,

There is no difference in the Pro / Premium version with regards to this feature. Refer to the Visual Building Training Course to see how to change size / shape (Chapter 26 - i think)

I have bought visual building basic. I need to do adjust the size and shape of the environment. Does the Professional version come with this facility and if so how do i upgrade. Thanks Kenny
