Well you are here, otherwise you would not be reading this, but its surprising how many users forget that help and support is available here for all Visual Building products.

To access all areas of this forum please log in. Its free to register and log in. You can login here or at the top of this page. If you have not yet registered, you can register here . However if you just want to browse and see what is new, or review the questions and answers you do not need to log in.

Use the Index tab at the top of this page te see an index of all the topics in the forum. You can also see all the most recent topics by clicking the Recent Topics tab.

To ask a question select the New Topic tab. Please use the support forum for any question, no matter how stupid you think it is. Normally if you have a question you can be sure that a 100 others have had or will have the same question. If you have a more personal question then use our email contact form.. When you create a new topic, use the category selection to choose the product that you have a question about, but don't worry making a mistake, we will correct any obvious mistakes so that others can find your question and answer.

Searching the Visual Building forum
When you are looking for an answer to a problem use the Search tab.

Just enter the subject you are interested in in the Keyword field, and then select the Search button at the bottom of the search dialog panel.

Spam
We will never ever pass your details onto a 3rd party, and we also will not send you loads of marketing emails. We will send you the ocassional notifications of software updates, but we prefer to publish news and information on our forum so that you can read it when you need it. Even if you find 1 email every 6 months from us too much, that email will always have an unsubscribe link. Unsunscribing from the forum does not prevent you from accessing the forum, but you do need to be subscribed to post your own comments and download files.
