We are currently testing v5.2.1.0 that has just such a tool to remove such things. I assume you have tried saving and reloading the project.

I have a rogue piece of wall that doesn't belong to any of my bullidings or layers - when I untick every item in the project tree the wall piece is still visible, screen clip from the 3D view attached, and I can't select it by any means I know about.

Is there a maintenance tool or similar I can run?
