Windows 10 will require a new license key. SImply email to customercare@visyalbuilding the following information and we will send you a new license key:

Visual Building Version (e.g Visual Building Premium v 5.2.1.0)
Serial No: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
Invoice No (if known)
Name / Email used for purchase

If you have previously purchased Visual Building v5 then should download the latest v5.2.1.0. This is free to all previous users of v5.

If you have previously purchased Visual Building v4 or earlier then you can ugrade to v5.2.1.0 .

Having recently upgraded to windows 10, now VB says i'm not licenced and my original licence does not work.
I would be very grateful for some help.
