Is of no help can you get someone to address the issue win 10 as Microsoft are of the opinion that java is no longer safe?

Windows 10 will require a new license key.

Simply email to customercare@visualbuilding.co.uk the following information and we will send you a new license key:

Visual Building Version (e.g Visual Building Premium v 5.2.1.0)
Serial No: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
Invoice No (if known)
Name / Email used for purchase
