When trying to open Visual Building I get a window indicating, 'The trial version of the program has now expired!' I am therefore unable to get in the program.

I bought the Premium Version on 20/3/16 Invoice No INV2565, and have never had a trial version.

Please let me know how to overcome this problem URGENTLY as I have a task to perform.
