Hi,
we never heard of such an effect. Could you please send us your application logfile, to be found on the HELP - Diagnostics ribbon. And the project file in its current state please. Send both files to costumercare@visualbuilding.co.uk A reinstall would not help. The software stores settings, if you made some, in a userconfig.xml file in your user directory. E.g. C:\USERS\Your_Username\Documents\Visual Building...\ You could delete this file and the backup, which has the same file name but *.bak as file extension. That resets the software in its state after installation. Config files are then automatically created when you launch the software next time. But I don't think it will make a difference Kind regards Thomas |

Hello everyone.
The software has stopped me from been able to create walls after a period of time. I can move / copy / paste a new wall. However when I create a wall it lets me place the start point, but as soon as I move the curser the wall disappears. This occurs even in a new project after drawing half a dozen walls. Anyone else had this? I have re-installed the program but this has not helped. |
