We have recently received a number of complaints from Hotmail users that they are not receiving their registration emails to give access to this forum. For reasons only known to Hotmail these emails are being rejected and returned to us.
It gets worse, because when the new user notifies us / complains about the lack of service, our response is to check the spam folder, but our response from customercare@visualbuilding.co.uk (which is NOT server generated) are also being returned to us as undeliverable.
Should this happen to you and you don't receive a response within a few minutes for registration, or a response from customer care within 24 hours, then trying using any email address other than Hotmail.
In the past we have found users reject emails that contain links and most of our do, so check your email settings or add customercare@visualbuilding.co.uk to your safe list.
