This is a feature in PDF Creator

Select Print Properties, then Advanced and then you will find the dpi settings

Sorry if I sound a bit dim but how do you reduced the dpi? is it an option via pdfcreator or visual building?

Try reducing your dpi down say to 150 dpi and see if that resolves.

Thanks. Your pdf is how I would expect it but mine has the side elevation reduced. Weird!!

Just out of interest, when creating elevations in plan view are all the section inserts automatically the same?? I suppose they would be as long as they are scaled the same, which I believe I have done.

Anyway. Looking forward to seeing where I'm going wrong.

Kevin, I was able to print out to an AI pdf sheet without any changes to your project.

Did I miss something or is the attached pdf also wrong?

If you are printing to pdf, try dropping the resolution (I used 300 dpi) as some defaults settings of 1200 can use up all your memory and create unpredictable results.

Ah I think I have just seen want you meant, its not obvious on a small laptop screen. Am investigating.....
