Please send the application log file to support@cygnicon.de. The file app.log can be found in your user Directory, e.g. c:\USERS\Your_Username\Documents\Visual Building....

So back at the start of the year it took me weeks to get Premium to run on a new HP laptop (search forum for McAfee for my previous posts). In the end I had to fully uninstall McAfee, install VB, then reinstate McAfee. I used the software successfully for a few weeks, leave it over the summer, come back and the old problem has returned. The software refuses to launch. I can only assume at some point a McAffee scan has knobbled it again.
Has anyone else reported issues this year and has any patch been issued for VB to resolve this? |
