Hi,

there is no need to download your Visual Building Version again.
When you get the start dialog showing the remaining trial period, in your case expired, the software is already installed on your system and only needs to be activated.
In November we have sent you a license file with some few instructions. I have resent this email some minutes ago.

Please check your email account and if necessary your spam folder.
Then follow our email instructions and activate the program on your computer.

Hello,

In November 2017 I purchased the download for the Visual Building Basic package. Unfortunately I have never been able to download the package onto my PC. A text comes up stating that my trial version has expired and it will not allow the download of the Visual Building Basic 6 package. Please advise. Mark Brion E-Mail - m.brion@btinternet.com
