To show a SIPS construction in a 2D view, you can create a wall layer construction that includes such a panel. This will appear a normal wall in the 3D view. The wall layer construction would for example consist of (from inner to outer) the SIPS, cavity and brick outer.

If you are more interested in viewing a SIPS construction in the 3D view, it would be very easy (In Professional / Premium) to create 3D objects representing the SIPS in different sizes, and include these in your object library.
