Just tried your solution above with 2d view but it did not work, So I tried creating a new 3d window and closing old one and that has cured the problem.

I've just read that and it doesn't make sense. The one with the red X comes up first then the one with yellow triangle appears after pressing ok.

Save fault resize comes up first then when you press ok then save fault a comes up.

Sorry, my eyes are not good enough to read the next in the dialog, could you upload an image of just the dialog and not the whole screen, or type the text displayed.
