You can create a 2D View and using the 2D Graphic tool (in the Plugin toolbar). Then in the What toolbar select the 2D Graphic tool - Insert bitmap. This will then allow you to import any .bmp, .jpg .png .gif file directly into the 2D view. The file type depends on the source of your block plan, but .png is possibly the best solution.

You can of course scale the block plan (if required), by right clicking on the inserted plan and select Adjust scaling. You will need to know the scale of the inserted block plan and a known measurement on the block plan.

How do i insert an image of my block plan and location plan to my plan layout in VB and what is the best file type to save it it from one of the mapping website online eg .pdf .jpeg?
