You can create a wall layer construction that consists of an ICF (Insulated Concrete Formwork), which together with any other elements you are using in your wall (eg, plaster / plaster board) would define the thickness of your walls.

If you wanted to view the bare ICF, then you could also apply an appropriate texture to the wall construction that consists of ICF.

Although there is currently no automatic calculation for brick quantities, Visual Building will provide you the area / volume for each wall surface, allowing you to calculate these yourself.
