The software is download only, so it can be purchased from anywhere. :)
Please note however that the Solar Designer only contains irradiance maps and Feed In tariifs for UK, Germany and Austria. If it is the Solar Designer that you are interested in then I can investigate if the maps / tariffs are already prepared for Australia.
This does not affect the availability of the other products to Australia or elsewhere.
