If you mean scan in a plan in order to trace a new 2D plan, which wil lthe create a 3D model..... then also version support this feature.

From the Plugin toolbar, select the 2D Graphic tool. From What toolbar select the Insert Bitmap tool. This will allow you ti import a 2D image upon which you can trace a 2D plan. There is a tutorial video explaining this feature.]
