The file to which this is being saved is the companyname.xml in
C:/Program Files/Visual Building/Database

If you have not given Visual Building sufficient Administrator rights then the file will be saved in the virtual store (due to Windows's UAC), or any other non protected area that you choose.

To raise Visual Building's admin rights: right click on either visualbuilding.exe or its entry in the Start menu, and select Run as administrator. The UAC will then allow Visual Building to save in the protected C:/Program Files/Visual Building/Database path.

I have been adding my own products to the manufacturers catalogue with the expectations that my sales people can use as a presentation tool. I have managed to add the products without problems, but can not add my logo or address to the info panel. All appears to save and work OK until I restart the program and although the products are present in the catalogue the company info and logo are gone. Is this a bug?
