Plinth Course

It is relatively easy to create a plinth brick of any cross section dimension and place that along your external wall.

You would need to use the 3D Construction tool (using the sweep solid feature to create a 3d object from any 2D profile), to create such am object. The 3D Construction tool however is only available in Visual Building Pro (and higher). [You could of course make this using the trial version, and then use the Plinth object in any version of Visual Building.]

Alternatively you can create such an object in any other program, and import into into Visual Building as a .3ds object file, using the 3D Converter tool (Visual Building Pro)

The same solution can be applied to a corbel below the eaves.

Is it possible to have a plinth course so that the outer wall leaf is 150mm thick below the plinth and 100mm thick above the plinth course which slopes out? Also will the application allow the wall to corbel out below the eaves?
