The 2D Display option will not appear if you miss out Step1

Double click on the wall to activate the Wall properties dialog:

1. Click on the Layer construction tab:

2. Click on the Material button:

3. Select 2D Display tab

Select Monochrome and then the Fill colour.

Select the Save as default and then OK so this becomes your default for future walls. Select OK for each open dialog.

Using this method you can create many different wall styles:

I cannot change the appearance of the wall because for some reason when I click on the wall I no longer have the 2D view options. Can you tell me why this is and how to fix it!?
