As with any other program that creates data files (such as a word processor or spreadsheet) you should make backups of your projects. I suggest you save myproject001.cyp as myproject002.cyp and myproject001.cyp. If you lose power or you make a mistake you can always reload the last version of your project saved. The more you save- the less you will lose! And of course there is always the possibility of a corrupt project file, so the more backup copies you have the better.
