The update downloads download into the following folder:

C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Visual Building Basic\Update

I selected to download the Visual Building Update 3. It downloaded OK, and I decided to install it later, but forgot to notive where it downloaded to. Its not in my Windows's Download folder.
