When you have a problem with a specific project, we will often ask you to email us the project in question.

Some users are not sure where their projects are located. The default location is:

C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Visual Building NAME\Projects

The project files have the suffix .cyp.

If the project is slow, gives Not responding messages or even causes a crash, please also email the log file that will help us identify the cause.

The log file is called app.text and located at:

C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Visual Building NAME

Please also advise of which version of Windows you are running.
