I have checked the download link and all appears OK. The Access denied would normally only appear if you were not logged in to the forum- which you are obviously now to send this message.

I have just emailed a download link to you.

I have just tried to upgrade the ribbon update 4.0.1.26 but get the message "access denied" ! I have the Premium 4.0
