Can you try saving and reloading the project, and if it does not go then, please send us the project with an indication of which object is the problem.

Please can you tell me how to delete a surface element. I am having trouble selecting the element which shows as a hatched bar on the screen(I have swithed all my views off sequentially to try and locate it but it remains on the screen when all views are switched off) when I hover over it I get the message 'surfae element - error base object without foil reference'. The base object was a 3D cupboard but deleting that does not delete the surface element
