Many questions are difficult to explain and answer on the phone, especially with novice users, and that's why we took the route to provide lots of documentation and videos. The videos and training manuals are created from the thousands of new user's questions that have used the software before you.
And of course you can ask any question here or by email. Each version has a 7 day trial period, so in effect you have 21 days, and remember that's not 21 continuous days. (So if you use the software only at weekends, say Fri, Sat and Sun, that's 7 weeks!), unlike many 30 day trials, which time out whether you have used the software or not.
To get started, even before using the software we always suggest you watch the videos to become familiar with the software. Then work through the videos again using the software.
So please, rather than complain that there is no premium rate help line, what is your actual question?
