There are a set of balcony components in the 3Dobject catalogue. It is often best to construct the balcony within its own project and then save it as a 3D object (.cyg) , which you can then load into any other project.
The method to create such objects is demonstrated in Chapter 26 of the Visual Building User documentation .


The balcony in the above example was created in such a way.

Then place the balcony within the project just like any other 3D object.
