Visual Building Solar Designer = Visual Building Premium + Solar Designer Addon
As of August 2014 The Visual Building Solar Designer will no longer be sold as a separate product version, but as an add-on module for Visual Building Professional or Premium.
This is an advantage to our existing Visual Building Professional /Premium users who can now purchase the Solar Planning Addon separately.
This now also gives the Visual Building Solar Designer v3 users access to all the powerful features of Visual Building Premium v5, including the new riibon bar interface, and roof editing features, nor previously available in Visual Building Solar Designer v3
Existing Visual Building Solar Designer users who purchased withn the last 12 months will be contacted and offered Visual Building Premium 5 to install, together with the Solar Planning Addon module (availability 18th September).
The Visual Building Solar Planning tool has Feed In tarriff tables for Oct 1st 2014 to Dec 31st 2014.
The new version will run alongside existing The Visual Building Solar Designer v3, so there is no need to uninstall v3 until you are confident with v5.
All v3 projects will load into v5.
