If you need to produce an electrical cable run plan as above, then this can be superimposed upon any existing plan.

Create a new layer (or building, as a building is just a layer) and call it Electrics. You can then drag your 2D symbols onto your plan and use the 2D & Layout - 2D Drawing functions - Line tool to draw your cable routes. Set the grid to 10 cm pitch and use the grid to snap your cables routes.

You can create a separate layer for each ring circuit and then print these individually or combined.

I cant find any detailed explanation how to create wiring runs with a plan. Do you have a tuturial to explain how to create an electrical plan?

I found the 2D symbol library showing the UK sockets, but no details relating to cables.
