You will see that a different serial number has been generated when installing it on a different WIndows version. Simply send us the new serial number and we will send you the matching license key.

I changed the operating system on my system into Windows 8.1. For several time I was using Windows 10 for testing purpose, but not in a dual boot configuration. The license file I got works fine with Windows 10, but is not accepted for Windows 8.1. Is the license file not depending on hardware only, but alse on the operating system?
If so, is it possible to make the license working on my Windows 8.1 configuration?
