Hi,
We have watched all the videos many times, have downloaded the big manual and have tried to resolve the problems that we are having, however....
I am having problems with our house planning:-
1) The program keeps saying not responding every time I change something and does not shut down properly.
2) The program does not respond on one or two clicks, but requires many multiple clicks of the mouse to do anything... we have changed to a new mouse to no avail.
3) There are gaps in the end walls of the house which I cannot resolve. I have tried changing wall heights, which did nothing.
I attach a screenprint of the lack of response screen and the gaps between floors and the log which doesn’t seem to do anything when I try the send to support button.
I hope you can help as we are getting very frustrated.
We have e-mailed many times over the last ten days and have had no reply. Hope this works.
