please send another license request from the start dialog of the Software or at least the Serial number and version number to support@cygnicon.de and I will return a license key asap.

hi,

When I try to open the programme its state the trial has expired but I have had a licence for a number of years.
I have requested a new licence and until it arrives i have tried to download a trial version but that also states the trial has expired so I am unable to access my work.

Any solutions would be appreciated.
