Hi Thomas,

I am now trying to insert a dormer roof on my roof, but actually on a part which is a roof extension.
The dormer window is actually lower that the roof layer floor level and when I set a negative height on the left and right dormer roof portions, the walls disappear.

I think that it is some kind of complexity that the software cannot cope with.

Could you please suggest a way round it?
I have e-mailed you my project and a picture of the house to show you what I am trying to achieve.

If possible, add a screenshot of the roof side with this problem or mark it in your Project with a 2D drawing element.

Hello,
I am fairly new to the program but cannot work out what I am doing wrong with the roof.
The roof builds correctly (amazing calculations by the way) but when I try to adjust the overhang, one portion does not adjust. This seems to be where untrimmed green planes are showing in the 3D preview window.
Are you able to help with this? What am I doing wrong?
