Hi,

as far as I understand we already have a similar function. When you insert a wall, a dialog with numeric distance and angle should appear in which you can make your settings, always related to the active wall side, which can be toggled with CTRL + W.
If the dialog doesn't appear, it has been set invible. In this case press W on your keyboard after the starting point of the wall has been set with a left mouse click. The visibility of the mentioned dialog can also be toggled on and off with W.
