Hi Jackie,

Thank for the screen shots.
Would you be able to email your project file to customercare@visualbuilding.co.uk and i will have a look at this for you.

Also would you be able to tell me which version of the software you are using,so I can use the same software.

Regards,

I am renovating a chalet bungalow and want to raise the roof.

The front of the existing bungalow has two sizable bays that I want to extend upwards into the roof to act as dormers.

When trying to get the effect right using the Roof construction tool, I raised the roof side height for a bay, and then did a "Multiple copy" to the other roof sides effecting the bays.

On pressing the Transfer button the roof of the bungalow went crazy.

I have tried changing the side roof heights individually but as soon as I alter one of the "inner side roofs" the roof goes crazy.

Can anyone help? Is this a bug?

(Screenshots are attached)

P.S. If there is only one bay on the front of the bungalow raising the roof sides works just fine.
