The answer to this depends on how old your 3D CAD Architecture is, and which support download files you are refer to.

You should really be asking Ashampoo support for your updates.

Hello Visual Building,

I use an older version of Ashampoo 3D CAD Architecture. I have found your tutorials and support pages to be better than anything Ashampoo provides. Are your download files compatible with Ashampoo's 3D CAD Architecture? Cheeky to ask maybe, but normally I would upgrade to a newer more recent version, but times are hard!
