In fact 2 of your rooms are not complete. Two of your walls are not joined correctly. If you remove or hide the door you will see the problem.

Using wall edit tool just reconnect the walls, by selecting the right wall and dragging onto the left wall.
Now you will see the walls connected and the room floors are created.

One of the rooms has not been completed and has no floor , how do i manually create floor areas.
