Please see an example of a walkthrough. I call it a walkthrough as it is just an internal view. A flythrough term I would use as external and internal views.

I used Microsoft's Expression Encoder to record the screen video, though most screen recording utilities should be able to record ok. Expression Encoder 4 (Free) is available from Microsoft. Download here , or Google Expression Encoder.
