Concerning missing wall
The only think I can see is that you may have overlapped the main building wall with the extensions west wall. You should use a Room boundary wall type to complete the room as follows:

Lines and shapes. This is roof editors way of saying it had difficulty in creating what you asked. Save the project, and reload it again. When you reload, the 3D view is rebuilt each time and normally can resolve what it could not previously.

If problems persist, email your project to customercare

Note always keep saved copies just in case you can resolve so you can try another method.

I have 2 issues on the course if anyone can help please?!

1. After creating the first extension (1980 East) the upstairs wall on the main building seems to have disappeared?

2. Once I try to add the eaves to this extension as are on the main building the whole 3D picture creates lines and shapes around both buildings? Red is everywhere as if highlighting this huge new shape. Weird!
