To apply a texture to the individual wall, you need to activate the wall's properties dialog (Right click on wall and select Properties), then in the dialogs Layer construction tab, select the Material, which activates the Building Materials dialog where you can change the texture used in the 3D View.

If a texture is dragged and dropped on a wall, it is automatically applied to all walls on the same floor, so how can it be applied to just one wall?
