I see you purchased both Visual Building Basic and the Fire Escape catalogue. You should install Visual Building Basic and then Fire Escape catalogue.
When you install the Fire Escape catalogue it will ask you to confirm that you wish to add it to Visual Building Basic NP.
You will then find the catalogue in the 2D Symbol catalogue (not 2D Catalogue):

I recently purchased you Visual Building Fire Escape Plan Design, but when I am reading the booklet its says that they should be a Fire escape icon found in the 2d catalogue, but I have tried to find this on my system but there is nothing there, can you help please?
