Flash has recently updated to version 11.3. Some users are reporting issues with this version of Flash and Firefox 13. Flash videos on sites like Facebook or YouTube and Visual Building may appear, black, white or grey and never play.

There are several steps that you can try to remedy this situation on the Firefox help page

If all else fails you can view the Visual Building video tutorials directly on YouTube .
