Right click on the room that you want to label, and from the context menu select Properties, which will display the Room Properties panel. Alternatively you can double click on the room to show the Properties panel. Enter your detai8ls in the Name and Comments fields.

However to see the comments you must select the Labeling panel from the left tree in the Room Properties panel, and enable the Comments (bottom tick box). You can show other room details using the same method.

I can amend the room name ok. Below this in the box is comments which I also put some text into. However when I exit it does not show the comments on the plan. The comments are there, because if I go to edit again the comments box still has the info I put in. So the problem is that these comments do not show on the plan.
