To disable shadow use either the Standard View or Sketch View mode. Shadows are created only in the Presentation view mode. Display mode is found in the 3D view toolbar.

When you have the desired view, use the Save view as picture tool in the Views toolbar to save an inmage file for printing. (Dont use the raytrace feature).

How can I print a 3D version of my project without the shading as i do not wish to use this feature
