Its very easy to create a basement with Visual Building.

Create the ground floor, and then Right Click on Building in Projectr tree and select New Floor Below




The Basement is created and automatically named as basement



This method comies the floor plan of the ground floor, but you can then edit the basement walls.

Is there a quick way to create a basement. Tried using split level and putting a minus value in, but works only for positive values.
