1. Try right clicking on an empty toolbar area to ensure all toolbars are enabled
2. You can recover / reset your tool bars as follows: You can delete or rename the userConfig.xml and userConfig.bak, while Visual Building is not active. When you restart the program, a new default file will be created, and all your tool bars will be in their original installed positions. Note however that you will lose any other saved defaults that you may have saved. Depending upon your version and install options: C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Visual Building Basic\userConfig.xml C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Visual Building Pro\userConfig.xml C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Visual Building Lite\userConfig.xml C:\Users\YourName\My Documents\Visual Building Basic\userConfig.xml |

Help! I was using your software on a dual monitor system, and was playing about with moving the tool bars and 3D windows to the second monitor and all worked well. However when I later used Visual Building on my single montor system some of my tools were missing. Right clicking on the tool bar confirms that all my tool bars should be visible... but they are not. I assume the software remembers that they are located on the second monitor that is no longer attached.
How do I get my toolbars back? [Amie H] |
