Here is a 5m scale bar at 1:50 that I just found:

Scale bars are easy to create using the 2D drawing tools. These can be as intricate or simple as you need. You only need to draw these once as you can then save to your library as a 2D object from reuse.

Plan out using guidelines and/or grid. Then use the 2D Graphic tools to draw your scale bar.
