When you introduce new objects, textures and materials to the catalogue and use these within a project, these will not be located should you send the project to a 3rd party. The standard objects, textures and materials will be loaded ok because the 3rd party will also have these as standard, but not the new ones.
At the moment a report is generated listing these items as missing, and giving you the option to search and load from an alternative path.
A cool feature would be to export all 3rd party objects to a local folder so that they may be included together with the project.
There are of course copyright issues that may prevent you giving purchased licensed objects, textures and materials to a 3rd party.
