Possibly you didn’t set Object type to Door Object in the Chunk editor. When I did this object you created works ok for me.

Always set This Chunk is set to Add or replace.

I created a Project, added Door 8 twice, adjusted the sizes to fit my requirements, bringing them together to act a set of French Doors & then used the Export Function to Export Selected Objects and created a Frenchdoor.cyg file which I saved in My Objects.

I then right-clicked and edited the chunks as per the training manual (see screenshot below)

Unfortunately the.cyg file is still not been recognised as a door, am I doing something wrong ?
