Visual Floor Planer Versions are operated and supported by a different Company since 2016.
Unfortunately we don't know anything about this product and can't give you a reasonable answer.

Tried to open visual floor planer2 which I have been using for months no problem and received this error message, tried reloading the software, still get the message, loaded the software to a different drive, still get the error message?

any ideas? all other programmes are working ok on my computer
